1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
   These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and RevenueNow LLC (“RevenueNow”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.revenuenow.ai website (the “Site”) and the marketing services we provide (the “Services”).
   By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or Services.
   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. USE OF SITE AND SERVICES
   Revenue Now grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services for your internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms.
   You may not use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
   Revenue Now owns all right, title, and interest in and to its intellectual property, including but not limited to the Site, all content, designs, text, graphics, logos, and marketing materials.
   You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our express written permission.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & REPRESENTATIONS
   By using our Site and Services, you represent and warrant that:
   Any information you provide will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
   You will comply with all applicable laws, including marketing, advertising, and telemarketing laws.
   You have obtained all necessary consents (including TCPA or other applicable consent) to allow Revenue Now to send SMS, email, or other communications on your behalf.
   You will not use our Site or Services for any unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.
5. SMS & EMAIL MARKETING DISCLOSURE
   By providing your phone number or email address via our Site or Services, you consent to receive communications from Revenue Now via SMS and/or email.
   SMS Disclosure:
   Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
   Email Disclosure:
   You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time via the “unsubscribe” link provided in each email.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
   During the course of providing Services, both parties may share confidential business information. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revenue Now LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site or Services.
   In no event shall Revenue Now’s total liability exceed the amount paid by Client for Services in the 6 months prior to the claim.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revenue Now LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:
   Your use of the Site or Services.
   Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
   Your violation of any third-party rights, including data privacy or marketing laws.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO SITE OR SERVICES
   We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time, without notice.
   We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
10. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
    Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
